By accessing and using SailHub.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SailHub.ai provides:

• Yacht charter and racing services
• Sailing academy and training programs
• Marine technology solutions
• Insurance services through partners
• Media and sponsorship opportunities

Booking Policy:

• All bookings require confirmation and payment
• Special requirements must be communicated at booking

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations more than 30 days: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations 15-30 days: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

All participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines. SailHub.ai maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, but participants engage in sailing activities at their own risk. All guests must sign liability waivers before participating.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by SailHub.ai or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SailHub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
